Summary
Daniel Savage and I take some time and discuss the problem of the 80/20 rule or the 90/10 rule that 20% of the people do 80% of the work. There is always way more ministry needs than there are people, so how does a church find all the people it needs to do the work necessary? We discuss why having numerous volunteers is important, and we also give some practical tips on ways to do that.
